Are All E-Liquids The Same?
For those who are new to vaping, it is not easy to learn all the things connected to e-cigarettes at a go. One of the things that cause some confusion is the matter of electronic cigarette liquid. Many think all e-liquids are the same but is this really the case?
The following analysis will shed some light on this matter and show how e-liquids differ on a number of parameters.
Variety Of Flavors.
One quality that marks one e-liquid from the next is the flavor of that particular e-juice. The flavor is the taste you get in your mouth once you draw on the electronic cigarette. Depending on your personal preference, there are very many flavors on the market that you can choose from.
Some examples of flavors include classic menthol, apple, strawberry, vanilla, peach, chocolate and so many others. Some manufacturers offer over a dozen flavors for you to choose from!
Apart from the difference in flavor, there are also differences in the same flavor made by a different manufacturer. In other words, menthol from one manufacturer may taste differently from menthol flavored e-juice from another manufacturer.
As a person that is new to e-cigarettes, you have to experiment with various flavors and various manufacturers so that you eventually pinpoint what gives you the greatest satisfaction.
Different Nicotine Strength Levels.
Depending on the level at which you were smoking traditional cigarettes, you will need a level of nicotine strength in your e-liquid that matches that craving.
Some e-liquids even come with no nicotine and they are meant for those that want to taste only the flavor found in the e-juice.
Nicotine is indicated in milligrams per milliliter, mg/ml. When you look at the bottle containing that e-liquid, you will see that it is labeled with the nicotine strength in there.
Many manufacturers indicate nicotine strength using words like ultra light, light, full strength, and so many other words. What you have to do is to look at that description and match it with the mg/ml indication. The higher the mg/ml figure, the more concentrated the e-liquid is in terms of its nicotine content.
You need to be open to experimenting with different flavors and different nicotine levels so that by experiencing them yourself you can arrive at what works for you. Advice from others is good, but the ultimate decision has to be yours. As they say, the proof of the pudding is in the eating!
